As a nonprofit provider of engineering and research services, MERC offers a unique combination of technical and program management expertise, combined with a strong customer support culture. Our full-time staff, augmented as necessary by outstanding Mercer University faculty and students, provides cost-effective, responsive support to our customers.

MERC is certified at Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), which means our customers can be assured that we will use best practices to deliver high quality products and services that are timely and cost effective.
