Congratulations to Marina Van Sickle for running in the 127th Boston Marathon on April 17. Nearly 30,000 athletes from 100 countries competed in the marathon; Marina placed in the top 10% of all females with a time of 3:13:10. She plans on competing in the 45th Chicago Marathon in October. Marina currently works as a staff industrial engineer in MERC’s Fixed Wing Product Area, focusing on applied research into US Air Force reliability and logistics.
