All of our team members have undergraduate or master’s degrees from ABET accredited universities. Many come from universities that are also National Security Agency (NSA) National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity for Defense or Research.
MERC’s cybersecurity team maintains a variety of DoD 8570 recognized certifications including Certified Information System Security Specialist (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Security + (Plus), Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (C|TIA), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Network +, and A+. Team members are also certified as compliant with DoDI 8140 qualifications at the basic, intermediate, or advanced levels, using the appropriate education and certification criteria.
