Congratulations to Ms. Andi Mitchell, MERC Executive Director, for receiving an award for her service as chairwoman of the 2021 Middle Georgia Military Affairs Committee. The award was presented by Col. Lindsay Droz, the 78th Air Base Wing Commander. Andi has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce and as Vice Chair of the Government and Military Affairs Committee for the past 2 years and has worked at MERC for 34 years. Andi is involved in many community outreach events and says, “It is an honor for our communities to work together in support of RAFB and the warfighter.”
