Many of these designs have utilized the fusion of actual aircraft line replaceable units, custom electronics, commercial off-the-shelf electronics, and custom wiring harnesses to meet the unique requirements of the customer. Because they are familiar knowing a wide range of aircraft systems, our subject matter experts are able to design test stations to meet the full scope of requirements including system operation, functional test, and instrumentation and ergonomic requirements. MERC has developed test stations for a wide range of use cases including radome transmissivity, radar warning receivers, defensive avionics systems, electromechanical flight controls, and other avionic systems.
