MERC provides robust real-time software applications for embedded processors, avionics systems, and EW algorithm development and insertion. Our engineers have experience in algorithm development for numerous Air Force weapon systems.
MERC incorporates innovative mission data file development, threat analysis, and reprogramming. For the ALQ-172, our engineers develop algorithms and software changes for its mission data tool, perform threat radar system analysis and effectiveness studies, and participate in various flight, ground, and lab testing for its system and tools.
MERC provided software engineering support to the KC- 46A System Program Office to develop the KC-46A ALR-69A Radio Frequency Self Defense System (RFSDS) and the Tactical Situational Awareness System (TSAS). MERC analyzes Government-provided EW intelligence databases, and creates new entries and emitters for the EW Threat Parameter List, which are entered into the Mission Data File Generator for the MDFs that are being developed for RFSDS and TSAS.
