Supplemental Retirement Accounts Mercer provides a defined contribution retirement plan under Section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. After two years of consecutive full time employment, Mercer will contribute 6% of your annual salary to your retirement, and after seven consecutive years of full-time employment Mercer will contribute 10% of your annual salary to your retirement.
