Logistics Training Services
MERC has the experience and demonstrated capability to provide a broad range of training services to support federal agencies. Training packages are developed to address unique customer requirements, particularly to improve business processes and procedures for attainment of desired objectives. Training methods may include any combination of classroom techniques ranging from lecture to video/computer-based presentation or newer techniques utilizing capabilities of the internet or remote learning teleconferencing. In addition to its staff of logistics experts, MERC can draw from the considerable resources in the School of Business and Economics, School of Engineering, and Mercer University’s Center of Business Research and Development for development and presentation of short courses on topics relating to strategic planning, management leadership and support, measurement and analysis, professional skills, workplace safety and health issues and business process improvement to name a few. MERC also offers training accommodations to include three classrooms and a large auditorium to facilitate customer training needs.
