MERC’s team of subject matter experts offer over 125 years of combined item management and equipment specialist experience and possess the qualifications to mentor and train government employees on critical processes and procedures for planning and budgeting war fighter’s needs. In the past, the government has tapped this cadre of experts to develop and conduct D200A Secondary Item Requirements System (SIRS) and Spares Requirements Review Board (SRRB) training. Informal classroom, small group and one-on-one training was conducted by the MERC team to improve D200A usage proficiency and SRRB actions to cultivate efficient and timely inventory management of Air Force supply chain components to ensure fleet readiness. On-the-job training support of core logistics processes contributed to reductions in the near-term rate of errors associated with D200A/Secondary Item Requirements System (SIRS) and the D200C/D039 Classified Equipment Management System (CEMS). info@merc-mercer.org • www.merc-mercer.org • 478.953.6800
