MERC provided a team of professional logisticians and engineers to the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center during the transformation of its depot workplace to refine current and incorporate new processes and technologies. MERC provided personnel proficient in maintenance processes, equipment, and facilities. Among other tasks, MERC personnel were responsible for collecting, validating, and where required, assisting the government with structural, equipment, mechanical, electrical utilities and architectural drawings for Government selected buildings in the OC-ALC industrial complex, including all the electrical utilities for a key OC-ALC structure to the second level of electrical distribution for the first complete update since World War II.
