Mercer Engineering Research Center provides our employees with 13 paid holidays per year! In accordance with our general company culture, the MERC paid holiday policy is somewhat unique. Other employers might give their employees a paid day off on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, but do they also give you the day off on the day after Thanksgiving and on both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve? We believe these extra days are beneficial to provide our employees additional time for traveling over the holidays or to make it easier for those scheduling childcare around the long holiday weekends. The paid holiday schedule is just another way that Mercer Engineering Research Center strives to provide our employees with an exceptional work environment.
