Procedures for executing bolt-hole eddy current, surface scan eddy current, ultrasonic, and magneto-optic imaging inspections of critical aircraft structure are prepared in both -36 and TCTO formats. Inspection procedures developed by MERC include detailed drawings and comprehensive instructions for performing inspections. MERC engineers developed procedures for inspecting C-130 wing panels with magneto-optic-imaging (MOI) technology. NDI Procedure DevelopmentNDI Procedure Development
