Subsequent to completion of the analysis activities, an employee-training guide was developed incorporating lessons learned during the performance of task activities. Government Furnished Material (GFM) Intransit Analysis WR-ALC was experiencing significant problems with visibility of large dollar values of intransit inventories. The LSD was tasked to provide detailed analysis of the GO72D Contract Maintenance Ledger (CML) intransit problems to determine corrective actions to balance the quantities shown shipped/received from the contractor to the government and government to the contractor facility.
